SYNOPSIS
fprintf(fd, fmt, x_1, x_2, ...)
TYPES
fd file
fmt string

return null
DESCRIPTION
This prints to the file fd exactly what would be printed to
the standard output by printf(fmt, x_1, x_2, ...).
EXAMPLE
