SYNOPSIS
    islower(c)

TYPES
    c           string

    return      int

DESCRIPTION
    Determine if c is lower case.  This function will return 1 if c is
    lower case, 0 otherwise.

EXAMPLE
    ; print islower("A"), islower("a"), islower("1")
    0 1 0
