NAME
    matmin - minimum value for specified index of matrix

SYNOPSIS
    matmin(m, i)

TYPES
    m		matrix
    i		0, 1, 2, 3

    return	integer

DESCRIPTION
    Returns the minimum value for i-th index (i counting from zero)
    for the matrix m.

EXAMPLE
    > mat A[3]; mat B[1:3, -4:4, 5]
    > print matmin(A,0), matmin(B,0), matmin(B,1), matmin(B,2)
    0 1 -4 0

LIMITS
    i < matdim(m)
