NAME
    ispunct - whether character is a punctuation

SYNOPSIS
    ispunct(c)

TYPES
    c           string

    return      int

DESCRIPTION
    Determine if c is a punctuation.  This function will return 1 if c is
    a punctuation, 0 otherwise.

EXAMPLE
    ; print ispunct("A"), ispunct("a"), ispunct(" "), ispunct("?")
    0 0 0 1
