    isreal - whether a value is a real value

SYNOPSIS
    isreal(x)

TYPES

    return	int

DESCRIPTION
    Determine if x is a real value.  This function will return 1 if x
    is a real value, 0 otherwise.

EXAMPLE
    > print isreal(2.0), isreal(1), isreal("0")
    1 1 0

    > print isreal(2i), isreal(1e20), isreal(1/3)
    0 1 1
