    israndom(x)

DESCRIPTION
    Determine if x is a Blum-Blum-Shub pseudo-random number generator state.
    This function will return 1 if x is a file, 0 otherwise.

    XXX - the interface to the Blum generator has not been not written.

EXAMPLE
    > a = srandom(0)
    > print israndom(a), israndom(0);
    1 0
