NAME
    istype - whether the type of a value is the same as another

SYNOPSIS
    istype(x, y)

TYPES
    x		any, &any
    y		any, &any

    return	int

DESCRIPTION
    Determine if x has the same type as y.  This function will return 1
    if x and y are of the same type, 0 otherwise.

EXAMPLE
    ; print istype(2, 3), istype(2, 3.0), istype(2, 2.3)
    1 1 1

    ; print istype(2, 3i), istype(2, "2"), istype(2, null())
    0 0 0

    ; mat a[2]
    ; b = list(1,2,3)
    ; c = assoc()
    ; obj chongo {was, here} d;
    ; print istype(a,b), istype(b,c), istype(c,d)
    0 0 0
