NAME
    isxdigit - whether character a hexadecimal digit

SYNOPSIS
    isxdigit(c)

TYPES
    c           string

    return      int

DESCRIPTION
    Determine if c is a hexadecimal digit.  This function will return 1 if c is
    a hexadecimal digit, 0 otherwise.

EXAMPLE
    ; print isxdigit("A"), isxdigit("f"), isxdigit("2"), isxdigit("x")
    1 1 1 0
