    isstr - whether a value is a string

SYNOPSIS
    isstr(x)

TYPES
    x		any, &any

    return	int

DESCRIPTION
    Determine if x is a string.  This function will return 1 if x is
    a string, 0 otherwise.

EXAMPLE
    > print isstr("1"), isstr(1), isstr("")
    1 0 1
